The sound of thunder rolls throughout the room. A witch can be heard in the distance, laughing eerily as she rides her broom. 6th grade students are being quizzed on chemical and physical changes through Spooky Science, a staple here at Murchison. Today included demonstrations with dry ice, shaving cream and vacuum pumps, vinegar and baking soda, and even the creation of silly puddy. The video below shows what happens to shaving cream when air presure is decreased.
