Our Washington DC trip was absolutely crammed full of visits to museums, memorials, and landmarks, but we did have one night where we chartered a dinner "cruise" (the boat had to stay docked because the Potomac River was frozen!) and the kids had a chance to dance. Here they are with the Macarena.
