Day 26: Workout after training

I "forgot" (well, actually I really did forget) to take a picture at day two of my PDAS training, but we finished early enough today for me to sneak in a workout at CrossFit City Limits! It was nice to be done with my work before dark.

Today's workout was pretty brutal; 30 minutes of every minute on the minute: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats. If you didn't finish a round in time, you would complete the round and then rest until the next minute started. Then an hour later, I did CrossFit Endurance which consisted of twelve 200m "sprints" every 90 seconds. I will not be able to move tomorrow.
