This morning, all 11th graders went to the theater for a recreation of the Greensboro Sit-Ins. Led by a powerful and motivational speaker/narrator, this activity did a great job engaging all kids and pushed their thinking on many fronts. What a powerful historical moment to recreate, and I'm proud of the students for taking this situation so seriously.
